How do I contact support?

You can contact us about a problem or send a suggestion for the game.

From the game

Open Contact us.
Select Write an email. Your email app will open a message with the subject Ocean Secrets - Feedback.
Describe the problem or suggestion above the system information already included in the message.

Please leave that system information in place. It helps us investigate the issue.

If an email app doesn’t open, the game will display our address. Select Copy address and send your message using the email app or service you prefer.

Write to support@playniverse.com and include:

Your player ID, shown after ID: in the game.
The game’s Build version, found under About.
Your device model and operating system version.
What happened and what you were doing when it happened.
Screenshots, if you have them.
For a purchase issue, the item name, purchase date, and order number from your receipt.
