How do I change my name, avatar, or frame?

You can change your profile’s appearance at any time.

1. Open Profile and select Edit your profile.
2. Enter a name in Your name, or choose a picture from Avatars or Frames.
3. Select Apply to save your changes.

Locked avatars and frames

You can’t equip an avatar or frame while it’s locked. Some frames unlock as you advance through the story. For example, the Yellow Frame is awarded when you begin the journey to Dolphin Island, and the Bronze Frame when you find the dolphin.

Finding your player ID

Your player ID appears after ID: in your Profile. Include it whenever you contact support so we can find your account.
