Can I play without an internet connection?

Yes. Match-3 levels, story quests, and some events can be played offline. You’ll need an internet connection for online events and purchases in the Shop.

What happens to my progress?

While you’re offline, your progress is saved on your device. Connect to the internet regularly so the game can sync it with the server. You may see a message explaining that syncing will resume once the connection is restored.

If the server is undergoing maintenance, syncing will have to wait until the work is finished.

Before reinstalling or switching devices

Check that you’ve linked your game to an account, then connect to the internet and open the game to sync it.

When moving to a new device, make sure your progress appears there before removing the game from the old one. If you can’t connect to the server or sign in, contact support first.
