The game can't connect to the server

If Ocean Secrets can’t reach the server, it will let you know that your progress will sync when the connection is restored.

Check your connection

• Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is turned on and working.
• If you’re using a VPN or a restricted network, try another connection.
• Reconnect to the internet so the game can sync your progress.

Server maintenance

A maintenance message means work is being done on the game server. You don’t need to change your device settings to resolve it. Try again later; progress can sync once maintenance is finished.

Can I keep playing?

Match-3 levels, story quests, and some events work offline. Online events and Shop purchases need a connection. See Playing offline for more information.
