Notifications aren't working
If you’re not receiving reminders, such as the notification that your lives are full, check both sets of notification settings.
In the game
Open Settings and make sure the notification option shows Notifications ON.
On your device
Allow notifications from Ocean Secrets in your device’s settings. If the game says notifications are disabled there, accept its prompt to open those settings and enable them.
Also check whether Do Not Disturb or Focus is silencing notifications.
Other messages
If the game says it can’t change the notification settings, try again later. If it says notifications aren’t available in your version of the game, that version doesn’t support them yet.
