I can't open the Shop

A connection error in the Shop means the game can’t reach it right now.

  1. Check that Wi-Fi or mobile data is turned on and working.
  2. Close the Shop and open it again.
  3. If the game server is undergoing maintenance, wait for it to finish and try again.

Did the connection drop during a purchase?

Follow the steps in I paid for an item but didn’t receive it. Don’t buy the same item again until you’ve checked the first order.

If the Shop remains unavailable even though your internet connection works, email support@playniverse.com.
