Delete your Ocean Secrets account

To request deletion of your Ocean Secrets account and game data, email support@playniverse.com with the subject Ocean Secrets - Account deletion.

What to include

• Your player ID, shown after ID: in your Profile.
• The device you play on.
• A statement that you want to delete your account and its associated game data.

If you have more than one game account, tell us which one you want deleted. Support may ask for more information to identify the account and confirm that it belongs to you.

Can't open the game?

You can still email support@playniverse.com. Include your player ID if you have a record of it, and describe the account you want to delete.

Before sending your request

If you're having trouble signing in or finding your progress, describe the problem to support. You don't need to delete your account to ask for help.

Uninstalling Ocean Secrets or disconnecting it from Facebook doesn't send us an account deletion request or delete your game account and data from our servers. To request deletion, contact support using the instructions above.

Deleting your game account doesn't cancel or refund purchases made through the App Store or Google Play. Those purchases are handled by Apple or Google.
