Save your progress, move to a new device, edit your profile, and adjust game settings.
How do I save my progress?Link your game to an account through Save progress, then connect to the internet regularly to sync it.
How do I move my progress to a new device?Check your account and sync your progress before switching devices. Use the same supported sign-in method on the new device.
Which save should I choose?If the game finds a different save on the server, check both versions before replacing your current progress.
Can I play without an internet connection?You can play match-3 levels, story quests, and some events offline. Online events and Shop purchases need an internet connection.
How do I update the game?App updates come from the App Store or Google Play. Content updates download within Ocean Secrets.
How do I change my name, avatar, or frame?Open your Profile and select Edit your profile to choose a name, avatar, and frame.
How do I change the language?Choose a language in Settings. Changing the language won’t affect your progress.
How do I adjust sound, music, and vibration?Use Settings to change sound effects, music, and vibration separately.
How do I turn notifications on or off?Manage notifications in Settings to get reminders when your lives are full or a reward is ready.
