I paid for an item but didn't receive itCheck your connection and payment status, then reopen the game. If a paid item is still missing, contact support with your order details.
Why is my purchase pending?The app store is still processing your purchase. Check its status before placing another order.
My purchase was canceled. Was I charged?Check your App Store or Google Play purchase history before trying a canceled purchase again.
Can I restore purchases?Ocean Secrets sells consumable items. Used resources aren’t granted again. If a paid item never arrived, contact support.
How do I request a refund?Request a refund through the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you made the purchase.
