The game won't start or asks for an update

If Ocean Secrets asks for an update before you can continue, check which kind it needs.

An app update is required

Open the App Store or Google Play, find Ocean Secrets, and install the available update. Then open the game again. A required app update must be installed before you can keep playing.

An in-game download is required

The game needs to download new content. Accept the download and keep your internet connection active until it finishes.

The update is optional

If the game asks whether you’d like to download a new version or update now, you can choose to do it later. We recommend keeping the game up to date.

Still can’t start the game?

Check your internet connection and try again. If the game still won’t load, email support@playniverse.com with your device model and a description of what you see. Include a screenshot if possible.

If you can reach About in the game, also include the Build version shown there.
