How do story quests work?

Story quests are tasks that move Catherine’s adventure forward, such as cutting fishing nets to free a dolphin or opening a mysterious envelope.

1. Earn energy. Win match-3 levels to collect energy as part of your reward.
2. Open the quest list. Check which tasks are waiting and how much energy they need.
3. Complete an available quest. Once you have enough energy, select the task to continue the story with new scenes and quests.
4. Collect your rewards. Completing quests and reaching story milestones also earns rewards. Remember to claim them.

The story is divided into chapters and days. You’ll visit locations such as Catherine’s Cabin and Dolphin Island; select a location’s icon to travel there.

Some story milestones also unlock profile frames. For example, one frame is awarded when you begin the journey to Dolphin Island.

If you need more energy for a quest, return to the match-3 levels. Harder levels award more energy.
