How do I play match-3 levels?

To win a match-3 level, complete all its goals within the available moves.

1. Swap two neighboring pieces to make a match. Line up at least three pieces of the same color to remove them from the board.
2. Let the board settle. Other pieces fall into the empty spaces and new pieces drop in from above. This can create more matches without another move.
3. Check your goals and moves. Both stay visible during play. Aim your matches at the pieces, items, or obstacles you need for your goals.
4. Look for larger matches. Groups of four or five can create a Rocket, Fish, Bomb, or Plasma Ball. These power-ups can affect much more of the board than a match of three.

Matches beside obstacles and power-up blasts can damage elements such as Wooden Boxes and Ice. Each element has its own rules, so check its help article if you’re unsure how to remove it.

If the board has no possible matches, the game shows NO MOVES, then RESHUFFLE, and shuffles the pieces automatically.

Complete every goal to win. If your moves run out first, you can choose whether to add more moves or give up.
