What happens when I run out of moves?

If you still have unfinished goals after your last move, the Out of moves! screen shows what you have left to do. You can then continue or end the attempt.

Continue with extra moves

Spend gold to add moves and keep playing on the same board. You keep all the progress you’ve made in that attempt. Some offers also add power-ups to the board.

This can be useful when you’re close to finishing and want to complete the remaining goals without starting over.

Give up

If you choose to give up, the game asks you to confirm. The attempt ends and you lose one life, unless infinite lives are active. You can normally try the level again later, perhaps with boosters to help.

Challenge levels are the exception. A level marked one try! is skipped if you lose, and you forfeit its reward.
