How do I earn and use gold?

Gold is the main currency in Ocean Secrets. You can earn it through play or purchase more in the Shop.

Earn gold by playing

• Complete levels. Every regular level reward includes gold, with larger rewards for harder levels.
• Win on your first attempt. The extra chest awarded on eligible levels contains additional gold.
• Win challenge levels. Levels marked one try! offer a larger reward than a regular win on the same level type.
• Keep moves to spare. Every unused move earns extra gold when you win.

Spend gold on extra moves

If you run out of moves before finishing the goals, you can spend gold to continue. Extra moves let you pick up where you left off on the same board.
