How do I hatch and collect Turtles?

Hatching a Turtle and collecting it are two separate steps.

Hatching the Egg

The Egg stays in place and blocks its cell. Make matches next to it or hit it with power-ups until it hatches. This takes several hits.

Collecting the Turtle

Once hatched, the Turtle can move and fall like a piece. Make one more match next to it, or hit it once with a power-up, to collect it.

Keep track of where the Turtle goes after hatching. It may move away from the matches you’ve been making around the Egg.
