How do I request a copy of my data?

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about your Ocean Secrets account.

Email privacy@playniverse.com with a subject such as Data request, and include:

• Your player ID, shown after ID: in the game.
• The platform you play on, such as iPhone or Android.
• A brief description of the data you’re requesting.

Use an email address where you can receive our reply. We may need additional details to identify your account and confirm that it belongs to you.
