How do Bombs work?

Make a T, L, or U shape with five pieces of the same color to create a Bomb.

Tap the Bomb or swap it with a neighboring piece to set it off. The blast hits an area of up to 5×5 cells, centered on the Bomb. It’s useful when several obstacles are clustered together.

Combine a Bomb with another power-up

Swap the Bomb with a power-up next to it:

• Bomb + Bomb: creates a larger blast covering up to 7×7 cells.
• Bomb + Rocket: blasts three rows and three columns.
• Bomb + Fish: sends the Bomb to the Fish’s target, where it explodes.
• Bomb + Plasma Ball: turns every piece of one color into a Bomb, then activates all of them.

Is this the same as the Bomb booster?

No. The Bomb described here is a power-up made on the board. The Bomb booster comes from your inventory and hits a 3×3 area centered on a cell you choose during a level.
